RYFT: A Timely Manor is an adventure game. You find yourself transported to Nexus Manor, a place that exists outside of time and space. The game unfolds entirely as an audio adventure, played by speaking simple commands into your microphone. You wake up in a grand but eerie mansion, unable to remember how you arrived.  

In RYFT: A Timely Manor, in your pocket rests a curious stone tablet covered in cryptic symbols. Every corner of Nexus Manor hides secrets, puzzles, and eccentric characters who speak in cryptic riddles and half-whispered warnings.

In RYFT: A Timely Manor, as you explore, you follow voice prompts that direct you north, south, east, or west. You notice creaking floorboards under your feet and catch snippets of hushed conversations carried down long corridors. As you navigate flooded libraries, dusty parlors, and candlelit hallways, the voice cast breathes life into the manor’s denizens. Your only true link to the outside world is a series of tapes. 

This is left by a distressed girl whose voice echoes through hidden speakers. She warns you that “The Master,” a mysterious figure, has sinister designs. To help her, you must solve puzzles by naming objects, combining clues from scattered journals, and piecing together fragments of dialogue. Each correct command brings you an idea, each misstep leaves you retracing steps until you unlock new rooms or reveal hidden compartments. 

Powered by your imagination, it offers full voice acting, atmospheric sound design, and an intricate mystery that unravels through conversation. There’s no need to stare at a screen—just follow the audio, make choices, and watch your adventure unfold in your mind. As you explore new wings of the manor, you discover eccentric staff members who serve a master you cannot see. However, it is purely audio-based.
