The Ruta de la Tapa de Linares is a gastronomy tourism initiative organized by the Chamber of Commerce, ACIL, the City Council of Linares, the Linares Open Shopping Center, and the Provincial Government of Jaén. The main goal of this initiative is to promote and revitalize the tourism and gastronomy of the city.

The free app "Ruta de la Tapa de Linares" is available for Android users, featuring all the participating establishments, their tapas, images, and locations. The app includes an online guide that will be stamped with a unique code, which the customer can redeem at the Chamber of Commerce. Once the customer has stamped x establishments online, they can vote for their favorite tapa and receive a unique code to redeem a gift at the Chamber of Commerce, while supplies last.

The app also allows customers to vote for their favorite tapas from participating establishments. The "Ranking" feature displays the results of these votes. Additionally, the "Map" feature highlights the stamped bars in green and the rest of the participating establishments in red. Lastly, the "Bases" button describes the participation rules, provides access to the guide and help section.
