RTPINTAR is a mobile application that allows you to pay your bills and use the services provided by the government and private sectors. You can also have the opportunity to receive payments from other people, which makes the process of paying your bills easier and cheaper.

The application can be used by residents of the Republic of Tanzanian, and it will work for all of the major government and private sectors. 

You can use the application to pay your bills, which include:

• Public utilities such as electricity, water, gas, internet, and telephone service.
• Schools, nurseries, and other schools.
• Hospitals, clinics, and other medical services.
• Social welfare, including the Employment Insurance Fund (EIF), the National Insurance Fund (NIF), and the Social Security Fund (SSF).
• Taxes, including the Tanzania Revenue Agency (TRA) and the Tanzania Customs and Excise Agency (TCE).
• The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection (MNREP).
