The РСА. ОСАГО. Штрафы ГИБДД. app, developed by РСА, is a free Android application that aims to simplify the process of registering for OSAGO (compulsory motor third-party liability insurance), checking CTP (compulsory motor third-party liability) policies, and verifying traffic fines. The app provides various features, including an online OSAGO calculator that allows users to calculate CTP policies according to their data and make a selection for several insurance companies, compare prices, and continue registration on the company's website. Users can also check the authenticity of their CTP policies by number, verify traffic fines by decree number or vehicle's technical passport number, and check their bonus-malus coefficient (BMR) to get a discount on the issuance of an OSAGO policy. The app also offers a CASCO calculator for calculating CASCO insurance for a car. Please note that this application is not an official application of the Russian Union of Auto Insurers - RSA.
