RRXtend Spray is an iPhone app developed by Bayer Aktiengesellschaft, available for free in the Education & Reference category. This app is designed to help growers and applicators plan their sprays more effectively by providing weather forecasts and the ability to create and retain application records.

The Forecast feature of RRXtend Spray allows users to identify weather conditions and inversion risk prior to spray applications. It provides a field-level location specific forecast, hour-by-hour, of temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and direction, and inversion risk. The inversion-risk forecast shows the probability of an inversion occurring at a specific location, helping growers and applicators plan their spray applications accordingly. The weather forecasts leverage publicly available weather data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) as well as unique models by Climate Corporation weather scientists.

The Record Keeping feature of RRXtend Spray helps applicators comply with mandatory dicamba record keeping requirements when applying XtendiMax with VaporGrip Technology. The app includes federal record keeping requirements and allows applicators to save and export multiple field records. The information entered in the application records is stored on the user's mobile device and can be backed-up/synced with Google Drive™.

In addition, RRXtend Spray provides a Resource feature that offers links to key resources including training information, approved tank mixes and nozzles, and educational videos on the methods and models utilized in the inversion risk forecast tool.
