Rosseti MR is the official application for individuals, legal entities, and entrepreneurs that provides a range of services. It allows users to submit proposals, feedback, and gratitude, order energy supply services, pay for services using PAO "Rosseti Moscow Region" barcode, find the nearest customer office, check the status of submitted requests, order a callback, and apply for technological connection to electric networks. Users can also submit requests to install, replace, and verify metering devices, transformers, and current and voltage transformers. Additionally, it enables users to submit their electric energy meter readings, subscribe to power outage notifications, report energy supply contracts, calculate electricity demand, and schedule appointments for consultations. The app requires users to log in using their personal account credentials. If not registered yet, users can create their account within the app.
