RoomPlan - BB Planner is an Android application developed by Toolsplanning srls for small and medium tourist structures like B&Bs, guest houses, villas, and hotels. It allows you to manage reservations, booking rooms, and customer reservations using your phone. With this app, you can access the planning of reservations anytime, anywhere, and manage your bookings planner with rooms number, name and type, the service, the source host, and the commercial channel from which the reservation comes.

The app is safe as it allows you to backup your data in case of device loss or damage. You can also automatically send an email to the host from your phone or tablet. Plus, you can share reservation data with collaborators by sending them a PDF file or synchronizing the app on multiple devices. RoomPlan also has a simple system to study your hotel performance and improve your results. The application is available in four languages: Italian, English, French, and Spanish.
