Roof Rage is a platform fighter game developed by Early Melon for Nintendo Switch. It is a fast-paced, easy-to-pick, and hard-to-master game that is suitable for both party and competitive play. With the last two characters added since its release, the game now has a total of 11 characters, each offering a unique playstyle. Players can pick and throw roof tiles, catch them, deflect their opponent's projectiles, wave-dash, parry, and smash attack for a finishing move.

Roof Rage's scale and speed allow players to be creative, always producing new combos and pushing the gameplay a little bit further. The game features 11 iconic, culturally inspired rooftops as stages for players to pick from. It offers various local matches for up to 8 players with different game modes, including stock match, team match, score match, and practice. Online 1VS1 is also available, where players can head to a quick random match or invite a friend for a private match. The game also includes "really" challenging CPUs with nine different levels, 4000+ sprites, and ten 16-bit soundtracks with their showdown versions. The game also offers new game modes, new characters, new stages, tutorials, and a potential story mode.
