In order to report an issue, users need to fill out a form and upload their photos and videos. They can also add additional information, such as the location of the issue, the type of the issue, or the user’s experience with the issue. After the report is submitted, it will be sent to a task force team at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and will be disseminated to all 25 provincial departments of public works and transport and other relevant authorities for repair.
