Taqi is a psychological thriller novel by Wissam Osama. The story is about a grandmother who lives with her two daughters. The main character, Mariam, is in her early thirties and has just graduated from university. She is a literature professor and has published a book of poetry. She has a bad experience in her life and it has affected her mentally. Her brother and father were killed in a car accident and her mother married another man. She moved to a small town to try and start a new life, but it didn't work out and she ended up back in the city.
