Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks has developed RNP, a mobile application that allows its clients to access services easily and efficiently. The application can be used by any RNP client registered on the e-parvaldnieks.lv portal. Like the portal, the application offers different features depending on the user's profile type.

For registered users who are not authorized as apartment owners, the application allows them to conveniently submit monthly consumption meter readings, receive updates on property management, and contact their property manager. For authorized apartment owners, the application offers additional features such as bill payments (coming soon), access to a maintenance and management schedule (coming soon), a report on income and expenses for the previous years (coming soon), participation in community decision-making (coming soon), emergency applications (coming soon), submission of requests (coming soon), service applications (coming soon), and prediction of future trends in property-related consumption (coming soon).
