りゅーとLink is a free Android lifestyle application designed to enhance the bus riding experience for users in Niigata Prefecture. The app connects transportation IC cards and BP point cards, allowing users to participate in beneficial campaigns and promotions. With options like a one-day pass, which costs 1,000 yen for adults and 500 yen for children, users can enjoy unlimited travel across the entire bus network, although some routes may be excluded. The application aims to make daily commutes and shopping at associated commercial facilities more rewarding.

Scheduled to launch on December 2, 2024, and continue until February 28, 2025, りゅーとLink provides users with various perks and point services to maximize their bus usage and shopping experiences. Users can accumulate points through in-app campaigns and purchases at participating commercial facilities, which can then be exchanged for IC points or gift certificates. This initiative, part of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's collaborative model operation project, enhances convenience for Niigata bus users.
