River City Girls 2, developed by WayForward Technologies, is a full version action-packed beat-em-up game available on PlayStation 4. The game features six playable characters with unique fighting styles and upgradable move sets, including newcomers Marian and Provie. The game takes place in a bigger and more diverse River City, with new locations, multiple routes, and secret areas to explore.

The combat system has been enhanced with new guard-crush attacks, lift-off combos, elemental status effects, and other knuckle-busting techniques. The game also offers nonlinear gameplay, character-specific voiceovers, and another epic soundtrack by Megan McDuffee. Players can team up with a friend for local or online co-op, and recruit defeated foes and hired heavies to help them on their way.

With more than 40 shops to buy items and accessories, loads of NPCs to meet, interact with, and punch in the face, surprise cameos, and an awesome anime intro and comic book cutscenes, River City Girls 2 will keep players brawling until all their enemies yell "BARF!".
