Ritas Ice is a free rewards app that enables the ice cream shop’s patrons to avail themselves of free treats and find offers exclusive to them, no matter where they may be across the USA. Users can generate QR codes and then redeem them in-store to enjoy free Italian ice cream, frozen custard, specialty desserts, and more.

Developed by Rita’s Italian Ice, the purveyors of "ice-custard-happiness," this proprietary rewards app is similar to Playa Bowls Rewards. Rita’s Ice rewards customers for their participation in the loyalty program, unlike task-based reward apps, such as Lucky Box Reward Gift. Users can also check specific menu items for ingredients and caloric content before going to Rita’s to place an order.

Manages loyalty points

Rita’s Ice is a loyalty program app available for free from Google Play and the App Store. The franchise’s customers can use it to earn points towards free treats by reporting their purchases via the app.

Displays menu items

With this ice cream reward app, patrons can also view Rita's up-to-date menu. Users can then figure out which Rita’s Italian Ice items to order. When ordering, they can unlock a new reward and use any existing ones before they expire.

Locate nearby shops

The app comes with a built-in GPS shop locator. With it, customers can find the nearest Rita’s, store hours, the flavors of the day, directions, and contact information.

"Let’s get appy"

The best thing about Rita’s Ice is, without a doubt, the ice cream. This is especially true when it's a birthday freebie or a tasty spring promotion. This reward app & store locator is a close second. Still, the fact that rewards aren’t proportional to the value of the purchase is a major letdown.
