They can then take a photo of the document and submit it through the app. The app generates a unique image number (6-digit) that users can provide to our staff or enter themselves when required.

Security is a top priority for the app. All the information inputted and the captured image data are encrypted (SSL) before being transmitted. Once the submission is complete, the user's information and image data are not stored on the smartphone.

The app is compatible with Android devices running OS 5.0 and above. However, please note that tablet devices are not supported. It is important to use the app on the latest models and operating systems to ensure proper functionality.

Please keep in mind the following when using the app: data charges may apply for downloading and using the app, and the app's performance may be affected by the user's smartphone usage. Additionally, please be aware that the app is intended for use on the user's own smartphone and should be operated by the user themselves. Our staff will not provide smartphones for loan or operate the app on behalf of the user.
