Tinnitus Relief™ is a hearing care app that uses a combination of sounds and relaxing exercises to help you cope with tinnitus, the ringing in your ears.

Manage your tinnitus sounds

Our app lets you manage your personal library of soundscapes so you can play and listen to them as you normally would. We have created our own soundscapes based on real-world sounds, so you can choose from a large selection of sounds such as cars, children playing, dogs barking, planes, buses, etc.

Tinnitus relaxation exercises

We have designed a variety of different relaxation exercises that you can use on a daily basis. These exercises help you relax, fall asleep, improve sleep quality and manage your tinnitus. These exercises are guided and give you the opportunity to repeat them at your own pace.

If you have some hearing loss, we added a quick hearing test to help you quickly detect a hearing loss and get guidance on what to do next. This way you can prevent a worsening of your hearing.

How to use ReSound Tinnitus Relief™

The first thing to do is open the app, choose your favorite sounds and start playing them.

The second thing is to select the ReSound Tinnitus Relief™ button and create a plan. This plan is based on your own tinnitus condition. There are 3 steps in this plan: 1) Learn about tinnitus, 2) Choose a sound, 3) Start the exercises.
