Resident Evil Revelations, developed by Capcom, is a survival horror game available on Play Station 4. It follows the story and mechanics of the previous Resident Evil games, set between Resident Evil 4 and 5. The plot revolves around the agents Jill Valentine and Parker, who are sent to investigate the disappearance of Chris Redfield and Jessica on the cruise ship Queen Zenobia. However, they discover a trap set by a bioterrorist organization Veltro, and now players must solve puzzles and fight monsters to survive.

The game uses an episodic storytelling format, dividing the single-player campaign into different segments that allow players to experience various scenarios and play as different characters throughout the game. However, the game's primary focus remains on the ghost ship. Apart from the campaign mode, players can also try out modified story scenarios designed for combat survival in the Raid Mode. Completing the objectives in the Raid Mode allows one or two players to earn experience points and weapons.
