Resculpted Panam and Judy Panam Wrinkle remove is a mod that can be used to change Panam's face mesh as well as remove wrinkles. There are separate files for removing wrinkles and changing faces, so you can choose to download both or just one. Installing file 2: panam_judy_no_wrinkle.zip will also affect Judy because they have similar squash&stretch normal maps.

This is very simple and easy to install. However, please note that skin texture is not included in this mod. Moreover, the back of her neck may have some clipping issues.
