This utility allows you to perform both file renaming and text replacing in one easy batch file from one "keyword" import file. Moreover, Replace and Rename works with files from directories and subdirectories.

All you need is to select the directory (or directories) with files that you want to process. But processing of single selected files is also available.

It can make replacements to files whose extensions are specified in the "Replace in files which have extension" field. With "Load from file" you may load a text file which has values delimited by the tab character.
