REGISTRO E IDENTIDAD is a mobile application that allows you to request a reprint of your identity card. This application is the official one and the only one for the Chilean government.

How to use the app:

In order to use the app, you must be over 16 years of age, have a valid Chilean identity card, and the last application must have been done more than two years ago.

After that, you will have to enter the last name of your mother and the name of your private address. On the next screen, you will have to enter the date of birth of the person you want to see. In the next screen, you will be asked to choose the reason for the request: Robbery/Theft, Loss, or Own Will.

You will have to enter the name of the person whose identity you want to see, the date of birth of that person, and the reason for the request.

If you select the Self Will, you will have to enter the date of birth of the person whose identity you want to see.
