Registro Civil Brasil is an Android application developed by Corsario_CL, which serves as the official channel for requesting 2nd copy certificates and other services provided by ARPEN Brasil (Association of Registrars of Natural Persons) to citizens.

The program provides a simple and intuitive interface, making it easy to navigate and access the services offered. It is possible to request certificates for birth, marriage, death, and other documents. The value of the certificates and fees is determined according to the State Corregidor, meaning the prices listed on the website are the same as those charged by the registry office. Changes only occur when there is an inclusion of shipping fees (in the case of printed certificates) or if you choose to receive the certificate at a different location.

Overall, Registro Civil Brasil is a useful tool for those who need to request certificates from ARPEN Brasil, providing a quick and easy way to access the services offered.
