RegEx Extractor is a free utility tool for PC by developer Vovsoft. It is a program that can be used to extract information from plant text or log files using regular expressions, a sequence of characters that is commonly used to specify a search pattern.

RegEx Extractor is often used in search queries like with Google Search, but it can also be utilized with word processors or text editors, such as Notepad++ and the like. It's available either as an installable program or a portable utility that can be copied to USB drives.

How does it work?

A regular expression, or regex, is a set of characters used to find and locate a specific string or pattern in a piece of text, code, or algorithm.
