The application is divided into 12 themes, such as managing paperwork, learning French, finding work, and discovering culture.

One of the unique features of the app is that it is translated into seven languages by a network of volunteers, including English, Arabic, and Russian. This makes the app accessible to refugees and their companions as a tool for mediation and orientation.
