What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a healing technique that uses the mapping of body parts to relieve pain and stimulate health. The method was developed in the late 20th century by Dr. Norman Fife, an American physician who used reflexology to treat his patients.

This is a technique that can be used to relieve pain and bring about healing by using the points on the feet (or sometimes the fingers or hands) to stimulate particular areas of the body. This form of therapy is said to stimulate the nerves that connect the brain to the feet, thereby relaxing the muscles, and joints in the feet and legs.
