References is a convenient app that allows you to carry your BibTeX libraries with you on your iPhone. BibTeX libraries are collections of bibliographic references, designed to work with the LaTeX typesetting system. With References, you can easily browse through and interact with your BibTeX libraries, making it a valuable tool for researchers, academics, and students.

The app offers various features to enhance your experience with BibTeX libraries. It creates links from DOIs, MathSciNet references, ACM IDs, and URLs, making it easier to access additional information. Additionally, the app understands elementary LaTeX, allowing you to view titles and abstracts with markup or mathematics.

If you have used BibDesk or JabRef to create your library, References can view your file attachments, such as PDFs. The app also supports BibLaTeX libraries as well as classic BibTeX.

One of the standout features of References is its ability to synchronize your BibTeX libraries across devices using iCloud Drive. This ensures that you always have access to your libraries, no matter which device you are using.

Overall, References is a powerful tool for managing and accessing your BibTeX libraries on the go. Its intuitive interface and useful features make it a must-have app for anyone working with bibliographic references.
