redONE mReg is a free Android application designed for redONE partners in Malaysia. This app serves as a paperless registration form for new postpaid customers. The app is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to use for both customers and partners. It also reduces the number of data input mistakes, speeding up the entire activation process.

The app includes an e-catalogue that provides updates on the latest promotions and campaigns for both customers and partners. With the mReg app, partners can log in using their existing Agent ID number, create new master accounts, and activate lines immediately. They can also add new lines to existing accounts, auto-populate personal data information, capture and upload all supporting documents, scan and auto-populate SIM card serial numbers, and capture signatures. The contract summary is automatically emailed to customers. The app is powered by Innov8tif EMAS.
