Manage NOSQL Databases
RedisX is an application for Mac OSX that allows you to easily manage NOSQL databases from the comfort of your native operating system.
The Essentials
RedisX has all the basic functions you would expect from a database management application. You can create, edit, and delete keys, import into the database, or export it as text or JSON files. Auto-login can remember your details for ease of access (on a secure, private machine, of course). On the subject of security, SSH is built in to the software, ensuring a secure connection to your database. If you like to get more involved with your databases, command line control is also available.
Stability Issues
On the face of it, RedisX is a good, basic NOSQL database management application. However, for the price it would be nice to have more than just the bare minimum of features. Of more concern is the stability issues. The app will often have trouble connecting to the database, and will crash without warning all too often. If you can look past these issues, and the limited feature set, this app may be worth your while.
