Redactor can help you with redacting confidential and non-confidential text and media. This solution allows you to insert content and expressions that should and should not be redacted.

Redactor lets you create a document by putting everything you want to redact in the content pane and the rules in the rules pane. You can use the rule pane to create rules for each page. When new content appears on a page, you can specify that the content should be redacted by adding a new rule.

The redaction rule is a simple text expression, a date or an expression that references the page. You can also specify a different redaction rule for each page.

Redactor lets you apply a page to a category and include any content and expressions you want to be redacted from a specific category. You can specify the minimum and maximum number of characters to be redacted and whether to redact on scrolling or page load.

The tool can be used for either the redaction of confidential or non-confidential content, but if you want to redact all the content of a page, you need to set the redaction policy to "Redact everything".
