RealMenNipples is a unique mod for Baldur's Gate 3 available on Windows, enhancing male character models with realistic 3D nipples. The mod overrides all male bodies, excluding dragonborns, to replace the default painted-on nipples with detailed, three-dimensional versions. It also introduces realistic nipple piercings, which can be worn as camp clothes or underwear. Players can find these features in the Tutorial Chest and various merchants throughout the game, ensuring easy accessibility as they progress through different acts.

In addition to the body model changes, the mod includes specific overrides for the character Abdirak, adding nipple piercings that align with his character's personality. The mod ensures that the new features do not clip through clothing, maintaining a clean aesthetic. Players can mix and match piercings and nipples, allowing for customization, even under armor. This mod adds a playful twist to character customization while ensuring compatibility with other mods.
