RealForAll is an Android application developed by BioSense Institute for individuals who suffer from pollen allergies. The app provides real-time measurements of atmospheric pollen concentrations, forecasts pollen concentrations for several days ahead, and allows users to record their personalized symptoms calendar for easy comparison with atmospheric measurements.

The app currently has two devices installed in Novi Sad (Serbia) and Osijek (Croatia) for automatic real-time measurements of atmospheric pollen concentrations. It provides users with information on total pollen concentration and concentration of major allergens such as birch, grass, and ragweed. The app will increase the number of pollen types with time.

RealForAll is part of the eHealth system developed by the project “Real-time measurements and forecasting for successful prevention and management of seasonal allergies in Croatia-Serbia cross-border region Croatia-Serbia” - RealForAll (2017HR-RS151).
