Real World Damages is a modification to the game that attempts to increase the damage of the game by editing the variables, body part multipliers, and even the explosion and weapon data. There are two different types of modification that can be done, one is increasing the damage to the player and the other is increasing the damage to the NPC.

The reason for this is that in the game, the player is the only one that can die. If you die, you lose all of the items that you were carrying and you lose all of the experience that you have earned. On the other hand, the NPC are not affected by death and they continue to earn experience and carry items.

In order to balance the damage, there is a lot of editing that has to be done to the data of the game. In order to save a lot of time, the developers decided to make this modification in a way that is not too complicated.
