Re-open EU is a free application developed by the European Union to provide travelers with essential information on national restrictions, quarantine, and testing requirements. The app also features mobile contact tracing and warning apps across Europe. It offers an overview of the health situation in European countries, based on data from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC). With this app, travelers can plan their trips in Europe while staying safe and healthy. The application is available in 24 languages and is updated frequently to offer relevant information.

The EU is making significant efforts to overcome the pandemic and protect citizens and their livelihoods. While the European Commission seeks to keep the information up to date, it takes no responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of the information provided or individual decisions based thereon. The tool relies on automatic machine translations, which may cause inconvenience to users. However, the European Union strives to improve the user experience continuously.
