RCAP HR360 is a free Android app developed by Reliance Capital Ltd. It is a collaborative app designed by the Reliance Capital group of employees that allows seamless access to other featured applications such as RCAP iLearn, RCAP Salary, and RCAP Workplace from Facebook. This app is a one-stop-shop that enables employees to transact and access information from the newly designed state-of-the-art system named as “Reliance HR360.”

The app provides complete flexibility to use it anywhere and anytime. It comes with secured features where data access is protected and allows managing the entire life cycle of an employee. This includes accessing and updating personal information, salary and benefits, FBP planning, tax management, absence management, performance management, and exit management. The system empowers supervisors to give necessary approvals on the go through their mobile. The app allows a fast and easy way to keep track of assignments, enhance the performance management process, keep track of attendance, and push notifications on any transaction that gets completed.
