With the click of a button, Rapidbook allows you to copy bookings and itineraries from supported booking websites and paste them directly into your invoicing system.

This add-on currently supports various cruise booking services, including WLCL Cruise Lines, Cruising Power Cruise Lines, Carnival Cruise Line, and Creative Cruising. It also supports tour booking services such as The Travel Company and Globus, hotel booking services like Room-Res, Bedsonline, Expedia (AU), and Delta Holidays, as well as insurance providers like Go Insurance and Cover-More. Additionally, Rapidbook supports car rental providers like DriveAway and airlines like JetStar.

To use Rapidbook, simply install the add-on on your Chrome browser and look for the "Copy Booking/Itinerary" button on supported booking websites. On your supported invoicing system's website, you'll find the "Paste Booking/Itinerary" button. This seamless integration saves you from individually copying and pasting data such as booking numbers, dates, itineraries, prices, cabin details, ports, and inclusions.

It's important to note that while Rapidbook makes the process easier, users are responsible for ensuring that all fields have copied correctly before invoicing clients. Supplier websites may undergo changes that can disrupt the copy/paste process.
