The goal is to make the best routes possible for cross-city travel while working under a deadline to make the tracks because people are waiting for cross-city public transportation.

From there, players must build train tracks to reach the main station of each city. Each track can be edited, but if destroyed, it will only refund some of the money, so players must carefully plan ahead.
