Railbreak's graphics are a standout feature, leveraging Unreal Engine 5 to create a visually stunning environment. The ruined cityscape, teeming with flesh-eating undead, is rendered in impressive detail, immersing players in the apocalyptic setting. The dynamic lighting and realistic textures add to the atmosphere, making the horror elements more impactful.

The main Story Mode is complemented by several bonus modes such as Score Attack, Onslaught Mode, Boss Rush, Shoutout Shootout, and the rogue-like Glitch Gauntlet. Additionally, the cheesy dialogue and voice acting, while intended to be humorous, can come off as annoying or distracting to some. The extreme gore and mature content can also limit its appeal to a broader audience.
