Rádio Televisão de Cabo Verde (RTC) is an educational reference program available on iPhone. Established in May 1997 through the merger of the extinct Rádio Nacional de Cabo Verde (RNCV) and Televisão Nacional de Cabo Verde (TNCV), RTC is the largest media group in Cabo Verde.
