Qurani Kərim. Səsli Tərcümə R.Balayev R.Həşimov is a free Android application that provides voice translation of the Holy Quran into Azerbaijani. The application also includes Arabic translation. Rasim Balayev and Rafik Hashimov are the speakers, and Alikhan Musayev is the translator.

The application allows users to listen to the Quran without downloading files to their internal storage, which is recommended to be at least 16GB or 32GB. All files are around 700mb in size. In case users cannot download the files to their phone, the application will ask for permission to save the files to the internal memory. Users need to press the Ok button to download the files to their phone memory. If they have not pressed the Ok button, they should uninstall the app and re-download it, pressing the Ok button when they open it for the first time.
