You can select the location of the first ayah to read at your desired time. You can also select to start reading from a specific verse.

Quran Alarm will also remind you of your favorite ayah to read each morning. This can be done by selecting 'Favorites' in the 'Alarm' menu.

It can also read multiple ayahs at each alarm.
