Quicklink Chrome Extension is a free add-on for the Chrome browser that aims to speed up your web navigation by prefetching links that come into view. Instead of waiting for the network to fetch the page when you click on a link, the extension retrieves it from the browser cache, resulting in significantly faster navigation.

The extension injects and initializes the Quicklink library in every site you visit, which starts prefetching any links that become visible in your viewport. It prefetches up to 5 links at a time to ensure optimal performance.

Additionally, the extension comes with default settings that ignore specific URL patterns that shouldn't be prefetched, such as URLs containing "signup," "signin," or "logout." However, you have the option to customize these patterns by accessing the extension's settings screen. From there, you can add additional URL patterns to ignore and also choose to opt-out from Analytics.
