PWD4U is a free iPhone application developed by the Public Works Department (PWD) of Kerala, India. As part of Kerala's digital initiative, this app allows citizens to report any defects or problems they encounter on the road assets managed by Kerala PWD.

The main goal of PWD4U is to improve the response time of PWD to road maintenance issues and ensure that the road network has good riding quality and is free of defects. With just a single tap on your device, you can send the location and photos of road defects to the concerned authority.

All complaints submitted through PWD4U are geotagged and automatically sent to the PWD for redressal. Users can also track the status updates of their complaints until resolution.
