One of the standout features of Puzzle Pal is the TV Mode for the NY Times Crossword. If you find it difficult to see the crossword while sharing it on a bigger screen or simply want to remove the clutter from the page and focus solely on the puzzle, TV Mode is here to help. This feature allows the crossword to fill the entire page and increases the size of the clues, providing a more immersive solving experience.

Another useful feature of Puzzle Pal is the ability to find unsolved puzzles. If you're bothered by your solve rate but can't remember which puzzle you started and didn't finish, Puzzle Pal has got you covered. On your crossword stats page, you'll find a button that can help you locate the puzzles you need to solve. Please note that this feature is currently a work in progress and may undergo further improvements.

In addition to the crossword enhancements, Puzzle Pal also offers support for the Spelling Bee game with controller compatibility. You can now connect a standard controller to your computer and use the joystick to select letters. The left joystick allows you to highlight letters, while the 'A' button adds the highlighted letter to your guess. The 'B' button functions as a backspace to remove letters, and the right trigger is used to submit your guess. The 'X' button shuffles the letters, providing a fresh perspective.
