First of all, you need to install this mod on your game. You will find it under the name Purple Magic Bow on your game menu.

After you have installed this mod, you need to open it and go to the "natives & STM player prefab weapon" section. You will find all the ids there.

Now, you need to open the file you want to modify. You will see that there is an id field there.
