PuneConnect is a utility app that connects you to the local government bodies and helps you to get the best services in Pune. 

It's an initiative by the Public Works Department (PWD) of the PMC to provide better service to the public by enabling them to submit service requests and get their complaints resolved at the earliest. 

It is a one-stop solution for the public to submit their complaints, for the administrative department to look into it, and for them to be able to get their complaint resolved at the earliest.

In addition to that, it is also a tool for the public to be part of the local government bodies to help them in their day-to-day activities.
