The Public Eye app from Bangalore Traffic Police (BTP) lets you post complaints against traffic violations that you witness. You can also report traffic violations that are not yet visible to the public, such as a vehicle parked in a restricted zone, or one that has not yet received the required number of traffic stickers. You can also report traffic violations that occur during the night, and in traffic-heavy areas, such as during the morning and evening rush hours.

After you witness the violation, you can take a picture or video of the erring vehicle, and upload it to the app. Once the BTP Officer who receives your complaint logs it, you can track the progress of your complaint through the app. The BTP Officer will get in touch with the driver, and advise them on the proper course of action.
