PTSD Coach is an app designed for veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The app provides access to resources and information to assist veterans in managing their symptoms.

With the resources and tools available in the app, veterans can work through their problems at their own pace and receive support from their peers who have also experienced PTSD. The app provides a variety of self-help strategies and tools, including a self-assessment, breathing techniques, relaxation skills, positive self-talk, and other helpful strategies. It also provides access to a community of other veterans who are in the same situation as the user. The user can receive support and find useful information at any time.

PTSD Coach was created by VA’s National Center for PTSD and DoD’s National Center for Telehealth & Technology.
