PTSD Coach Sverige is an iPhone application designed to assist individuals experiencing or at risk of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The app provides users with information about PTSD, professional help and treatment options, crisis support contacts, a PTSD self-assessment test, and tools to manage daily life challenges associated with PTSD. These tools range from relaxation exercises and positive self-talk to anger management techniques and other common self-help strategies. Users can customize the tools based on their preferences and integrate their own contacts, photos, songs, or audio files into the app. Suitable for both individuals undergoing treatment and those who are not.

Developed through collaboration between the Veterans Affairs National Center for PTSD and the Department of Defense's National Center for Telehealth & Technology in the USA, the Swedish version of the app was created in partnership with the American project team and the Center for Disaster Psychiatry at Uppsala University.
