PSYCKES is a mobile application designed for iPhone users in the field of behavioral health. It allows New York State providers, care managers, and managed care plans to access service utilization, treatment data, and care coordination information on the go. Users can search for Medicaid clients, view clinical summaries, access care coordination contact details, safety plans, psychiatric directives, and review medical and behavioral health services. Additionally, the app provides information on psychotropic and medical medications obtained from pharmacies and allows easy access to recently viewed clients without re-entering search criteria.

To utilize the app, users must first obtain access through their organization and create a PIN via desktop login. Eligible organizations in New York State include providers with OMH or OASAS licensed programs, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Health Home Programs, Care Management Programs, Medicaid Managed Care Organizations, and OMH Local Government Units.
