Provisional Theory is an Android application developed by Mobility Zimbabwe. It is a free educational tool available for anyone seeking to learn about road rules theory and working towards obtaining their Zimbabwean provisional learner's license. The app does not require an internet connection to access lessons, although it comes with Downloadable Content (DLC) that includes high-quality graphics, diagrams, and updated lesson material.

The app is still in development, so some sections are not yet complete. However, the lessons available are well-organized and easy to navigate, with notifications to keep you on track throughout the day.
