ProUsuario is a tool developed by the Superintendency of Banks of the Dominican Republic that allows you to know the status of your financial products easily and quickly. This application is a service of the bank's supervisory authority, which is responsible for the supervision of banks, credit information societies, and financial institutions.

This tool is intended to provide consumers with information about their accounts and products, including a credit score, and help them to manage their accounts. The information provided in this tool is updated on a regular basis.

The application is divided into several sections:

• Inactive or Abandoned Accounts
• Accounts in Liquidation
• Deposits in Liquidation
• Financial Products
• Products by Type

In the Credit section, you will see a list of your current credit accounts, the status of each of them, the type of loan and the amount of the loan. In addition, you will see the financial indicators and the credit risk rating that you have in the financial system, as reported to the Superintendency of Banks by the financial intermediation entities that make up said system.
